Editorial, product and affiliate disclaimer

Velcourne.com is an editorial fashion and affiliate-curation website. We provide styling inspiration and link to products sold by independent retailers. Velcourne does not sell, manufacture, stock, ship or fulfil these products. Our separate store, shop.velcourne.com, sells its own stock under its own terms. Ships within the US only.

The retailer or seller is responsible for its product listings, prices, availability, specifications, product quality and authenticity, payment processing, delivery, warranties, returns and refunds. We do not control these matters or guarantee a product’s quality, authenticity, fit or suitability. Unless we expressly say otherwise for a particular item, we have not physically inspected, worn or tested it. Product information can change; check the retailer’s current photographs, descriptions, sizing and terms before purchasing. Direct order or product concerns to the retailer or seller.

AI-generated fictional styling inspired by the selected pieces. The images are styled interpretations; garment details may differ. Consult the retailer photographs for the actual products. Affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

We may earn commissions from purchases made through affiliate links. Inclusion reflects editorial selection for styling inspiration and is not a certification or product-quality guarantee. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our models, settings and styling imagery are fictional and AI-generated. Styling images and film frames may differ from actual garments in construction, color, materials, proportions and details. Compare the retailer’s current product photographs, descriptions and size guides before choosing. A reference size identifies a retailer option; it is not a fit recommendation. Items labeled “Similar” are styling suggestions, not exact matches to the rendered outfit.

Confirm the selected color and size, current price, seller and buying availability directly with the retailer. Prices, offers and availability can change. Retailer links do not guarantee current stock. Purchases, product quality, authenticity, payment, shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are controlled by the independent retailer or seller under its terms.
